i Come home. Eat, do push-ups, eat yogurt, take a shower and then go to bed in that order. Usually that’s is bed time by 9 pm. Except today of course but I have to cause I wake up for the gym at 4:30 AM
Invest in a good mattress breh, it makes all the difference.
Also those weighted blankets are said to work wonders for insomnia. Might be worth checking out.
Wake up earlier, don't nap, don't consume caffeine after lunch(preferably not at all tbh), don't eat a certain amount of time before going to bed. Body will have less reason to stay up late.
