Yeah I think Vrabel's not a bad coach but that team might have plateaued under him. Trending the wrong direction past couple seasons
He's an excellent coach
Ended the Brady run in NE, took the Titans to an AFC Championship game and had a #1 seed another year and this is all with Ryan fukking Tannehill who is as mid of a QB as you can think of
The team aged out and he's not really interested in a full rebuild

Shouldn’t the roster come into play a little bit? Your (non)franchise QB has gotten older, and more injured, Levis doesn’t seem to have sold himself as the franchise, you lost your best receiver of recent years, and now losing one of the best players in franchise history more than likely.

Y’all know way more than me, but from the outside looking in, I would rather try to rebuild through Vrabel, unless he was also done like I’ve seen said

I don't think he asks out unless he knows the NE job is his.

Good. Vrabel wasn’t going to be able to develop Levis we drafted the Mayo man we have to go all in on offense to maximize our upside.

Vrabel still a great coach but he isn’t the coach we need in this point of our franchise

Titans realize they don’t have any good offensive talent? What did they expect him to do? :mjlol: Kept Tannehill for too long. Traded a top ten WR for an Elvis CD And Henry is gone. Good luck with the rebuild. Hopefully the Texans can run that division for the foreseeable future.
