>_>
I do agree that Roode and Aries should still be in the picture somewhat but you also dont want them to be stale. Bully is the closest thing to a breakout star they got and is on a hot streak. Hes a far cry from the character and wrestler he was in the past. Just because he hasa name in other organizations as a tag wrestler doesnt mean he cant succeed after reinventing himself elsewhere. I refuse to suck off Vince to the point where he dictates what logical wrestling storylines and who should and shouldnt be pushed elsewhere. Bully Ray isnt going to increase visibility, and he isnt supposed to. Hes supposed to be part of a logical booking decision. That is a step in the right direction in growing as a company. And if only 12 of us even watch the show, why does it even matter? And dont even start to assume that tag team wrestlers cant become world champions later in their career. HBK was a tag team wrestler for 8 years before his solo run in WWE, Booker T was for almost 10 in WCW. This is accepted but now because its TNA they cant do it?

:wow:

And that reign sucked and ruined the quality that SD had built from 02-04

No one is saying it will kill the business. It just wont grow TNA's. But wtf, as long as the 12 of you continue to watch and be happy thats all that matters right:mjpls: And another thing since you mentioned Aries/Roode. Why does TNA always take there young guys completely out of title picture after there feuds are over?

See you fail to realize this. Austin was already a breakout star with the blondes similar to HBK, Bret, etc. He was already winning single titles around that time and was on the rise before Bischoff, Flair buried him. Compare that to Bully who is a career 10 + tag wrestlers becoming the face of your fed. This is the shyt that low ball Indy's do, not the suppose #2 feds.
Let's be real. Having Bubba Ray lead the Aces and Eights(or Jobbers and Jokes, take your pick) is like having Ryback leading The Shield. How are you going to go from getting the hell beat out of you and have a statue broken on your head to leading a faction that makes X-Factor look like the second coming of the 4 Horsemen?

TNA Logic: Build massive faction with no-names with far too many people in. Reveal predictable leader of massive faction. Put World Championship in massive faction. Tease return of other massive faction yet doesn't follow through. Let massive faction fizzle out into nothingness, all while your best three heels in the company are stuck in tag-teams(Roode, AA, and Daniels).

I would not be surprised at all if Hogan teases the return of Immortal this coming Thursday on Impact.

the tna direction to have a stable.
that could possibly or hopefully phases out hogun is needed as a potent angle.
to close the logical storyline doors and legacy of hogun as a character.
plus as a component to the content in tna.
so, someone who could pose a serious contentious threat physically.
plus have enough charisma to carry the entertainment portions of any staged point to rival hogun physically.
did and had to take place by natural progression storyline wise.
since this is the capacity they wanted hogun to go into.
which is a rehash of all his greatest moments.
where he is tested by a new gen of grapplers.
who have enough history and the actual iq.
to best hogun, in all the ways heenan failed.
plus, a way to beat him politically.
where he was unbeatable in wcw.
to the point you clown and kill his draw.
the same way he killed and completely made nuffin but low quality buffonery with hogun's own draw and lack of actual workrate.

bully buh buh buddy ray = the only real threat on paper by all the x's and o's.
to have and has created a credible convincable diabolical villain.
who also, successfully executed the political chip.
that could always best hogun at any possible turn politically and socially.

so we are getting a dream come true.
when it comes to finally getting a heel foil.
who has successfully beaten hogun at every layer of the possible game.
it works,...you can not really knock it at all.
when you put it down on paper, and actually execute it well enough.
where all the potential possible pieces that could make it believeable and of quality, are successfully present.
*to make it a great work that could draw.
