The fuk you peein in the house for then... You still gotta have the water on to piss in the sink. There's a reason bars put ice in the urinals when the water is off/broke, it keeps the stank away by washing the piss down the drain as it melts. Go outside and piss ya stank dikk bum..

Well I have dropped my tooth brush in the sink before while using it. I've also dropped a contact lense in the sink.

So I guess your official answer is no, you don't clean the sink after pissing in it
