Depends on what happens with his next album. But we saw a year where Kanye and Wayne either had critical acclaim and/or singles and neither really had hit albums depending on their expectations.

If That Carter V does what those two did and Wayne is producing the same quality of music which is to say he's slipping then the decline really begins
