Kickbacks and rope pulldowns are bullshyt. Close grip bench press, dips and inhuman press >>>>> .


Generally speaking, focus on big movements where you can move real weight and progress quickly instead of small stuff like kickbacks etc. Taking your CGBP from 80 lbs to 160 lbs will make your arms bigger way faster than progressing from 20 lbs to 40 lbs in kickbacks.

I agree that kickbacks and rope pulldowns are probably not the most efficient.

I would add variations of pushups to the list.

Push-ups are amazing but once you hit a certain point it's hard to make them useful for bodybuilding purposes, unless you have a partner who can put weight on your back or a weighted vest... Wish I had either :(

most gyms ive been too in Auburn dont have em with most gyms being unisex and pandering to women

you mainly see them in high school gyms or athletic department gym(scholarship sports)

I have been doing dips, one hand cable pulldowns and overhead cable extensions... I know its working cause my bench is up 20 since May

I used to be on that compound only shyt... but its fukking draining... I am responding better to a mix of compounds and isos with an overall higher volume
