Anybody whose actually heard the album that I've seen and isn't refusing to listen to it is saying the album is an instant classic

It's a good album but it really doesn't go into details about what happened that night. He implied that he wasn't the person that shot her and that they were pinning it on him, but he also implied that she didn't even get shot.

From the album he revealed that megan was trippin on him that night because he fukked her friend and was flirting with kylie in her face. Said he didnt shoot her, but its still unclear on who shot her or if she even got shot at all.

He needs to release an official statement going over his version of events. What caused the injuries to her foot if not a bullet, and if it was, then who pulled the trigger if it wasn't him.

The album does make me consider the fact that meg could be lying, but I'm also not completely sold on Tory's innocence either.

Well Tory is letting the case itself be the official statement. I saw this as more of a bandaid for his career. Because if he went too long without dropping something, even if he was cleared, his career would take a hit.

If he gets cleared, then mission successful, he speaks for himself, he has a classic project under his belt, the fans are still there, and he can begin the process of slowing winning the negative people back over.

If he is proven guilty then his career is dead anyway, but he gets a little help by dropping this beforehand.
