Literally everyone was listening to it this week even people who never listened to his music before. I don't know if his soundcloud and YouTube audio is counted in all that or not but you're tellin me that this did lower numbers than a normal project?
I mean regardless we know that Apple and Spotify were trying to hide that it was out. They didn't put it on the front page or in any playlists.

They have streaming farms that labels pay to stream whatever artist they want to be hot to super pad the numbers.

this doesn't make sense. Dude literally did MILLIONS in sound cloud hits alone!
It's the playlists, the visibility on the dsps (the fact he's not on new releases lists, the fact you have to go out of your way to find his album).
I think this is actually a very interesting case study for rappers who want to go independent. The data might be skewed because of the controversy but it goves an idea of what type of numbers to expect with no promo, no connecys to dsps, etc.
I honestly don't know of it's a good or a bad number for him because we dont know his budget or what they were projecting onternally based on their own analytics
Here's the thing, though. Streams are pretty high it seems. He has a vid on youtube at 12M (which if monetized is probably a good amount). Other songs that hit 1M on youtube alone...I'm sure they wanted more sales for the look, but at the same time, I'm sure they are eating. Plus we don't know who produced what. For all we know, it's all in-house production...
