it's crazy to see them trying to give lux OR hollow a pass for the performances they put on tonight

Lux legitimately thought he was gonna break down mook and have that hype train behind him and that shyt aint turn out that way at all, he got that Big T-itis where he needs damn near a year and a LOT of personal material to be effective, i woulda NEVER thought mook was gonna outbar lux, but he did

and mook made a good ass point, lux put himself in a box, he can't spit gray hoodie shyt for the rest of his career cuz it'd negate everything he said in his previous battles

i wanna know if lux will even want to battle after this tho he can't ask for crazy money AND he can't act high and mighty, verb or clips could ask for a battle and he wouldn't have the right to turn them down

That's the thing, Lux didnt even prepare for a fight. He prepared to talk to Mook and Mook wasn't having that.

He should have had his people have the grey hoody on standby just incase Mook started getting grimey, then he could have switched up his delivery while freestyling a little grimey shyt but mainly spitting the same shyt he had prepared just with the grimey attitude.

Lux straight up didn't prepare. There is a visual element to this game too that a lot of people miss. You really can't preach to a nikka in a white gucci outfit. Like, you got on a $500 belt, but I'm the lost nikka? Ok Lux.

Honestly, I think from the jump it was agreed that Budden would come with some hot bars to make "Mainstream rappers" look like they can hang, but Hollow was going to win no matter what. Makes sense for all parties

to an extent I think he let Joe's arrogance prior to this get to him, but he did enough to get the judgment which I guess as far as his career goes is what counts. Joe was competent out there though so that is probably all he need to do really
