Especially since these geezers are against WFH.

Depending on your distance from home, you should get 2 hours extra pay, or get in your vehicle abd use an app to clock in and track your route

When my old job tried the mandatory 2 days in the office shyt back in 2021 when the CEO was being bone headed, I simply started waking up and getting ready for work at 9 on the days I went in and leaving at 3:30-4 to beat traffic.

Boss saw me walk in that bytch at 11:30 one morning and said.. “Nice of you to join us today aXiom” and I just smiled as we already agreed it was bullshyt. This lasted about 2-3 weeks then we said fukk it, this is stupid and stopped coming in.

fukk a commute and fukk an office as a staff, record label and a motherfukking crew!

Doesn’t matter where tf I reside, anything more than a 2 hour both ways combined is on the employee.

I just spent one hour waiting at a gate.. I should be compensated for that time.

But there should be some kind of incentive if WFH is such a problem to incorporate.
