After hearing that Offset Monday authentic Trap from the southeast ain't goin nowhereall these lame ass rap nikkas from everywhere else need to cut it out though. Authentic Trap is very cultural. If you're not cut from a certain cloth or not from the southeast then you just won't fully understand it.
Well, they said the same thing for east coast gangsta rap with "you not from around here; you won't understand it" type logic...and it flatlined in the late 00s. Exactly. I swear the shyt is like contagious. The thing that kills me about trap is that it's not pleasant on the soul. It drains the living shyt out of you when you constantly bump the tunes. There's no substance, no value, or anything. I tried bumping this new wave called "future sound", and it was just trap with a higher pitch of melody. I miss the days where r and b was strictly soothing with a bit of hard tracks far and between. Nowadays, it's either getting fukked up, sexed up, or both.
