When y'all label albums as classic, is it strictly your own opinion, or do you take some critical reception into account? When is strictly based on your preference, that's how you get players like Brandon Miller saying Paul George is his GOAT when at no point was Paul George ever in those convos.

No classics are albums that change culture and music alike. Saying Kanye doesn’t have a classic is being blind to rap for the last 18 years
Kanye has a few "classics" post 2000s curve for classics... but none up with the elite. Closest were probably the first 2.

Gucci Mane could beat Rakim in a versuz...that's not really a metric of greatness.

Nas has definitely improved his discography in the past few years with the KD & Magic records, but Kanye has more records that are going down in music history, meaning rated higher in "All-Time" lists on magazines, etc. . . .

Nas has a better "hip-hop" discography

Kanye has a better "music" discography

Even if you feel he does, Kanye had a team of writers writing his records, a team of producers who, at the very least, helped him produce his songs, etc… Whereas a Nas album is basically just Nas himself creating everything aside from the beats. Albums aren’t really individual feats like that…that’s why I like to keep it strictly about rap skills when comparing these guys. Kanye ain’t even in the same Universe as Nas and he’d say that himself
