(I apologize in advance for this long post but i have thought about this topic deeply)
The issue for black people is an inability to align interests. The vast majority of indians in america are first gen or the 2nd gen children with strongly aligned values and beliefs with their home country. They are always bringing allies through immigration who "are on code" (and i hate using the phrase because tariq/jason black coined it) .
And don't get me wrong here, I am a strong proponent of Pan-Africanism. But there was a false assumption in the '90s and '80s by hoteps that just because somebody is black , they also share your values and beliefs. One thing the tariq contingent has correct is that this assumption is false.
For instance....
You might invite an Ethiopian only for them to become a proud Republican upon getting citizenship because democrats were part of the fckery during their civil war. And yes, i have met two Ethiopians like this in the real world. This is an obvious conflict of interest with American black people.
You may invite sudanese or somali muslims that put more value on their conservative, religious vales than their blackness and will vote accordingly with conservative candidates.
You might find a nigerian or rwandan that is used to strongman leaders and who support trump or Desantis purely from a personality lens.
You Also have many immigrants from both the Caribbean and Africa who see America as temporary location with their rural homes in jamaica or Kenya as their permanent homes despite American citizenship. Such a group has no incentive to vote in the long term interests of black people in America if this country is viewed as a pitstop.
[*]For example i have met naturalized Africans who see no reason to rock the boat on free speech issues because They don't see themselves as part of the American conversation wheras the conversations close to their heart are being held in accra or Limpopo.
[*]Similarly i have encountered both high earning Caribbeans and high earning Africans who question the merits of their taxes rising to cover repperations that they will not be eligible for themselves
You may even import black people that don't identify with blackness at all like coloureds in south Africa or the many subracial groups of Latin America and the Caribbean.
And of course you have cooons. Look at foreign born black men voting for trump at 3 times the rate of their domestic counterparts (link)
So because of these issues, immigration by black people is not a panacea to the problems of American descendants of chattel slavery (i really dont want to use the acronyms so pardon the akward wording). You'd have to have a very precise way of screening applicants.
For example, the indians use middle men companies that are extremely discriminatory when selling their people to American corporations. These companies ensure that its only their specific ethnic and caste group within India that get through the h1b lottery instead of any random gujarati or tamil that applies. Perhaps if a domestic black organisation like this prescreened the cultural values of incoming black residents, then they would be gaurunteed alies. After screening for aligned interess, then the h1b paperwork could be forwarded to corporations. .
Ideally , you want more Garveys and ilhan Omars and fewer Joseph Lapado(s) and grooving Gorilla(s).

Possibly one of the most well thought out, and written posts about the struggles we have with other black folks and the difficulty faced by black Americans to try and shore our numbers up, unify, and get to a point where we use collective bargaining to improve things.
Ironically if other black people got down with us, it would no doubt improve their situation as well, they just can't see it from the horseblinders they got on.
Purpose: A direct path to permanent residency through investment in a U.S. enterprise.
Sponsorship: Requires a substantial financial investment, not employer sponsorship.
Process: Involves investing a minimum of $800,000 (in designated areas) or $1,050,000 (in non-designated areas), creating at least 10 American jobs, and documenting the source of funds.
Status: Leads to a conditional Green Card and then permanent residency.
Benefits: Grants a path to permanent residency, allowing the investor, their spouse, and children under 21 to live and work anywhere in the U.S.
Flexibility: The investor is not tied to a specific employer and can open their own business or pursue opportunities freely.
THis is meant to lure big money Indians, probably with the intent of Indian Job Creators standing up firms to subcontract for the Tech and Transportation industry. They ofc will hire their cheap countrymen on visas and h1B.
And in turn the Transportation and Tech industry gets to cut out American born workers.
My one niece is in 9th grade.... I JUST told her yesterday to stay focused and not to let any counselor tell you not to go to college / pst secondary school.
You did your part because these naysayers and dream crushers are not only outside, but inside the schools. Not like how we were raised breh. I'm like this, I always lived by what Lupe said to the youth on this powerful song:
Time to quit begging these folks for work, polish up your skills and become a consultant for when all the code they mess up needs fixing. Don't get me started on all the garbage AI code that will need debugging.
We are entering the era of fix not create. Because anybody with chatgpt thinks they can create yet they know zip fundamentals or maintenance skills. Adapt or get left behind.
