who you think are the main ones protesting about players getting paid?
The only real schools with serious bread to pay in the SEC are the Texas schools. Their boosters give zero fukks. Bama was cool when you had to do it under the table, but now you see who got real paper and many don't like it. Lotta these schools boosters got baby money.

Rutgers should not be getting a player over OU and Texas.
Why would you sign with Rutgers and play on a crappy team where you won't win and more importantly won't develop yourself to get to the NFL. But hey you'll make a few more bucks.
Putting tens of thousands of dollars into recruiting a kid and developing him as a freshman (weight program, nutrition, coaching etc) , only to have him leave after 1 yr is pointless. It makes recruiting pointless.

it kinda is the workplace now. there's no rules on transferring (As their shouldn't be cause coaches did it all the time, hence one of the reasons the transfer rules got eliminated). don't like players getting paid, but want the free market money only to work on the coaching/school side? Not getting paid for your likeness/worth but the schools, NCAA, and coaches getting all of the money associated with the revenue the players were generating is cool?
the powers that be caused this shyt by their own selfish and greedy ways (schools, coaches). they could have had a reasonable revenue sharing system setup a long time ago to give players something, but chose not to. The players are not just students and they are not just workers...THEY ARE THE PRODUCT.
Pay accordingly or just like anyone else, leave when a better opportunity is available. That's how life and the free market works.

Ace Bailey and Dillon Harper got paid togo to Rutgers and still went top 5 in the draft.
OU and especially Texas got the bread to keep the players they want if they really wanted them. That's on them to cut the check.

Overwhelming amount of white kids don’t even need the money, neither does their parents. But for many black kids this sets up their family and siblings for a better future.
If he is a real president the executive order would be to put some structure to it. You can’t just say “we must end it there’s no structure”, besides providing basic functions government is there to solve problems and provide rules. Not stop or start shyt, that doesn’t harm anyone else.
