Its funny how they’re always preaching to black athletes about how statistically they will never make it to professional leagues, now these young black athletes have a way to make professional league money while still in college and now they’re like :whoa:

Overwhelming amount of white kids don’t even need the money, neither does their parents. But for many black kids this sets up their family and siblings for a better future.

If he is a real president the executive order would be to put some structure to it. You can’t just say “we must end it there’s no structure”, besides providing basic functions government is there to solve problems and provide rules. Not stop or start shyt, that doesn’t harm anyone else.
That’s exactly why they didn’t want NIL in the first place and why they want to end it now :comeon:

Dude said you negroes shouldn’t have a choice but to go through me. Dude acting like black people would’ve been going to Oklahoma if they weren’t throwing baggies and were a plug to the league. No brother wakes up and says let me spend 4 years in Oklahoma.
Same for literally every school in the SEC. Most of those towns have absolutely nothing going on economy wise outside of CFB.

:dwillhuh:

I hate Saban too but you don’t think NIL needs to be regulated in some way?

shyt is outta control rn

so then regulate it. the people who figure that out will be the next generation of thought leaders in the sport. it will be the same with AI. it was the same when brands realized the value of social media, but didn't understand how to use it.

dont burn it down because it doesnt work for you. and the only reason they have a chance to do it is because of their influence. no one wants this except the people who USED to be in control.

It's not going to stop them from getting paid but it will likely regulate it.

Which needs to happen. And this has nothing to do with trump bc bump him

Rutgers should not be getting a player over OU and Texas.

Why would you sign with Rutgers and play on a crappy team where you won't win and more importantly won't develop yourself to get to the NFL. But hey you'll make a few more bucks.

Putting tens of thousands of dollars into recruiting a kid and developing him as a freshman (weight program, nutrition, coaching etc) , only to have him leave after 1 yr is pointless. It makes recruiting pointless.

That's just my opinion. Get mad if you want.

The same way coaches will leave successful programs for schools that ain’t been shyt in years in the name of a bigger payday :manny:

Why is one ok, but the other needs government intervention?

Besides, the cream will always rise to the top. If a player can’t stand out at Rutgers or Northwestern then he likely wasn’t gonna be shyt at Ohio State or Notre Dame either. And conversely, if he cooks he’s still going to the NFL.

It’s the opposite… The only states that don’t have a pro squad is Alabama and South Carolina, and it’s mainly because of infrastructure
