What type of cardio do you do?
Full basketball games so maybe about 35 minutes of cardio from that on top of 15 minutes of HIIT at the gym so an hour of cardio 4 days a week on top of a serious weight training session 4 days a week as well

No fish ever? I probably eat salmon at least 3x a week

And you said this is fine for you cause you do crazy cardio. What kind of cardio? Like running 5 miles a day?

Fish is alright lol not a big fan

And adult league basketball games 4 times a week so that’s about 35 minutes and then a session of HIIT once I get to the gym to lift to make it a full hour so basically an hour of HIIT cardio 4 times a week on top of lifting 4 times a week
