If your really about your shyt, get your BMI and talk to dietician. Not these bodybuilding.com diets.

That might be maintenance for you but for most people who ate like this for 6 months they'd be adding size
If you working out hard meaning you really lifting that shyt and not that 2 sets bullshyt and doing real cardio that food selection I posted not gonna do much for you once you reach a certain weight line I said maybe I might be wrong but it’s keeping me at 200 pounds and around 13-15-% bodyfat. Now if I wanted to shred shred I’d prolly drop a few things off of what I posted but this definitely will not bulk me up.

It’s simple and easy. What would you recommend tho?
It might be simple but it’s extremely outdated and people will be more likely to break the diet because who just wants to eat chicken, rice and broccoli

No I’m ripped as hell at 200 pounds,yes I’m an advanced weight lifter and do heavy cardio so maybe that’s saving me,but this isn’t bad eating
How tall are you? I’m 5’9 2 humid something trying to get right..
