Yeah every state is different. I think Florida, Texas, and Arizona are the most lax, along with some other southern states. Places like California you gotta be real careful, them folks tryna throw you in jail at all costs, criminals be damned.

I understand what you’re saying but I just think it’s pointless to have a firearm for self defense if you have to run through a million outcomes in a split second because hesitation can get someone killed like yourself. If it takes all that it’s just better to get a baseball bat

It can be argued he took out the gun to stop a home invasion. The guy could have put the package in the car and returned with the driver to enter the home, once they saw there wasn’t any resistance.
