I always had this weird quirk about pig fat, or any kind of visible fat on meat. I don’t eat the fat on bacon. Turkey bacon is great but I’d be lying if I said it hits like bacon bacon.

If your turkey bacon is dry and tasteless, it is because you are buying cheap turkey bacon and over cooking it. Turkey bacon be hitting it in my house, and the lower caloric intake for the good flavor is a massive plus to me.

i like both but i don't get the hate for turkey bacon it's a great substitute
