If the man is making 60K and the wife is making 20K then the man has to contribute more to be fair.

now if they both make 40K then it should be in the middle.

My co workers dad paid all the bills and everytime she speaks about him she has absolutely nothing good to say about him.

As a matter of fact her dad was so toxic that she said she would never let a man pay all her bills for her.

Let’s say you’re both surgeons and you see a great 6 million dollar home that you can get if you both go in on it. Do you just live in a 3 million dollar home or do you both share and get the dream home?

I would never marry a woman whose a surgeon or works a job that takes up that much time. My wife has to be a housewife that is there to cater to me.

Once again as a man I'm not looking for a partner. I'm looking for a woman to provide that feminine energy I need to compliment my life. If I fell in love with a surgeon I'd make her quit that job.

This is another good point also. If you choose to pay the bills the wife has to contribute to other things like education or investments or business models.
