I think we need to be real here for a second.Not gonna solve the problem he's addressing. He's asking why is it black stations can play Robin Thicke, Timberlake and Sam Cooke, but white stations won't play any black musicians. Having more black stations just means those white acts will receive more exposure because we already play their music.
There is no "we" here in this situation, most of radio is controlled by the monied few
who can dictate who get spins, how many spins they get and where they get play in the country.
