TYRONE GA!
damn, the coli tyrod heel turn that quick.:dead::mjlol:

Not even a heel turn. The ability to throw dudes open and make throws in tight windows is critical in the nfl. Tyrod is gunshy to a fault and waits for cats to get open way too much. I just hate that his chances to collect those backup QB checks aren't gonna be there like his cac counterparts. :to:

That has always been tyrod though, he was never a gunslinger I dunno why y'all are acting brand new.

And baker has only played against a jets team with no gameplan on thursday night. He has good accuracy for tight windows, but we'll see if can continue to do that, and not look like a possible turnover machine when getting hit by DE's.

Just before this Darnold was looking like the second coming and now:russ: :francis:

EXACTLY. We all saw it. No need to bullshyt. Just like Tua and Jalen at Bama.

Great point, totally forgot about this. My thing is this, the insertion of a new qb should give renewed life, some energy. It should not look like a new damn team. That's different and it's difficult to argue against. I only say it or in this case, type it because I see it. I trust my eyes based on what I see and currently know.

Jets have a solid defense. But we also gotta remember that Baker was gonna get the reins eventually regardless.

Solid backup. He'll probably be on football teams for many years to come.

he's black breh.

Even Rex Ryan shyts on these chalkboard QBs who look like all stars in the film room and practice, but turn to shyt when it's gametime. Tyrod doesn't fit the chalkboard QB mold off the jump because he's black. :mjpls:

That might be the worst part of this. I hear great things about him in the locker room though. Teach people how to be a professional and all that stuff. I'm just calling for him to sit down and not be a starter for the browns, not unemployment from the NFL.

Pretty much man. It is what it is. But it's not like it was some unknown bum that came in. It's the dude that was the #1 pick. He should show flashes of what made him the top choice.

And like @thelonious21 said, for a 6th round pick Tyrod has had a solid career. I hope he can get some of that backup bread too after this season.

I mean, he's absolutely exceeded his expectations. Almost 3:1 TD to INT ratio, positive record, and a game manager. I don't see how someone doesn't pick him up. Byron Leftwich got another 5 years holding a clipboard with similar numbers.

Black QBs have to be a notch or two above average to stick around. Average or slightly below average is a no go.

Having said that.....if Tyrod Taylor was white and Baker Mayfield was black, you know we'd be looking at Hue like :mjpls:.

That's 100% ok. We root for our people. White fans lie on themselves because they root for skin color too. They wanted Baker as the starter from the jump...and definitely want a white head coach. They hope Baker lights it up but not too much so they can get some hot shot white OC in there.

If Baker wins 10 straight, they'll give BM all the credit and act like Hue is "the help." AFC North whites be on that plantation shyt.
Straight no chaser :wow:

Ty too conservative throwing the rock in tight windows. Always was. It's MayGawd season :yeshrug:

The more interesting situation to me is the Bears. Mitch out there lookin like white Tyrod but some are trying to give him a pass :mjpls: . He out there playing like the stereotype black running QB and pleas are being copped. But I'm noticing that even white Bears fans are starting to :patrice:

Let's see where this goes... . :sas1:
Facts.

They better keep that same energy

The only saving grace for Mitch is its only his 2nd year in the league. But if he's playing like this in year 3...:francis:
