Will probably just ban people from signing up again since you need a drivers license. And they probably have it built in for loss to pay the drivers, just like retail stores do

Seems like something that caters to 1% of people, like 10% of the time...in order to honestly do this, a rider needs to
1) not have enough money in their card(s)
2) Have enough cash on hand right then and there (which less n less ppl are doing)

The whole reason to use Uber is its convenience. Me having to pay in cash doesn’t make sense, I can just get a livery cab then.
