This is the short-sighted foreign policy which will be the downfall of the US. Putin represents an oligarchy of rich powerful Russians, and we would be foolish to think Russia would become a benevolent country by simply removing him.

We saw this folly play out in Iraq (i.e. Saddam Hussein). No reason to waste tax money money on this.
We stole a lot of oil to pay for that 20 year war in Iraq

Interesting that the US is providing billions per month to a country that isn't even a member of NATO.

Something doesn't smell right
it recently came out that there were biological/chemical warfare labs in the Ukraine, that either the us govt was directly involved in, or Biden and his family were partially responsible for funding.

The untold secrets of America's biolabs in Ukraine - CGTN

mind you this is a chinese website, but i can follow up with more sourcing if need be.

Be retarded brehs

The other Russian oligarchs do not back Putin in his mission to dig his own grave.

Because of this he has been openly threatening them and already killed two.

The rest of them are kept in line by fear and dependency.

Putin is bankrupting his country to live out cold warrior fantasies that the rest of the oligarchs see no merit in.

The problem that the American military ran into in Iraq was casualties, not finances

If America can kill Russian soldiers and bankrupt the Russian government without risking American lives then they have to do it

I wholeheartedly agree that American govt should spend more money on its own citizens but the fact that most of you morons in this thread complaining about foreign aid also support Republican politicians shows that you don't actually care about social spending and are just in it for the culture wars and c00ning.

America is spending way more than $5 billion monthly dealing with national security (particularly cyber security) issues directly caused by him

source for that number? any money spent on DoD contracts also (for the most part) tend to come back to the economy, since the bulk of people working those contracts are American.

the bulk of the cybersecurity issues in America come directly from insider threats, which is inherent with a country open to immigration and largely unregulated lobbying.

Where's your next source from? Info wars?
formal fallacy.

the identity of a source has nothing to do with validity of the information provided. it's up to you to follow up.

there's several global news outlets that have already covered the fact that there are biological labs scattered throughout the Ukraine that the US govt is at least partially responsible for funding.

Global costs caused by cyber crime is over $5 trillion dollars

Costs of American operations in Syria, Afghanistan, etc against Russia have been insanely high and the invasion of Ukraine is the reason we are not dealing with more of this s

This aid requested by Ukraine will not be boxes of cash air dropped into Kyiv. Usually it is in the form of munitions etc which the American govt will purchase from domestic companies thus "flowing back into the economy" (although I'm not sure I agree with you about this)

Breh you can't provide a source from the Chinese govt and then start talking about fallacies.
