Who are the doctors to be grilling you about not doing it and making your mom give her OK for it to be done? You were/are a grown ass man, if you walk in and ask for it to be done (and you're healthy and eligible to do it), it should be done.

These nikkas are crazy. I'm not saying to not take proper precautions in not making babies you cant afford. I.e. condoms, birth control, abstinence, and marriage. What I'm saying is that to go through a medical procedure such as a vasectomy is nothing short of insane. I've been thinking about it. Does insurance cover it? I'm 24 about About to be 25 and I have one kid. Me and my girl just had a scare and I was about to lose it. I dont want another one at all and she doesn't either. I'm just scared thy will fukk something up and then I'll have limp dikk forever

From my understanding insurance will cover it for some. I was serious about getting it insurance or not so I dropped the cash as soon as I found a doctor that would do the procedure. I've even seen prices cheaper than a $1000 these days but that's about average for the total procedure last time I checked.
I saw if you can find a doctor who will do it do it and don't be afraid to lie to get them to do it.

Society would actually accept this quicker than they would a vasectomy. You see the responses in here...whether folks want to admit it or not, kids out of wedlock is par for the course...had a female tell me that people taking care of kids that aren't their own 'happens everyday'. That may be true but that doesn't make it natural or normal and I told her such. These females seem to want a baby for attention knowing some sucker will come along and accept them both so they don't really care who gets them pregnant. It's pathetic.

If I was the doctor, I probably wouldn't operate on a patient younger than 23. Because it's a permanent procedures and they're are temporary alternatives to use until then.

People are quick to have kids but don't ever bother to consider the world that child will be born into and inherit. 
For a lot of people (probably the vast majority), having kids is a selfish decision - "I want," "I want," "I want" is all people think.
