Urban Meyer will be gone by the middle of the 2022 season. This is not college.

This is overrated too.

NFL players aren't too different than college players. If you've ever been in their circles...or even watched Hard Knocks...why you think many slow to retire? They get to live like they're 22 until like age 34.

Plus Meyers salary will be more than most of theirs.

Because as long as he can get them to the next contract, they don't care

Truth of the matter is, s&c coaches in the pros don't have the power and influence the do on the college level. If he were to get out of pocket, he'd 1). Get put on his ass and 2). Will have to deal with a union.

I will say that as a black man it is indeed possible to be racist. Depending upon which definition you use. I've worked with black managers who got cacs out the paint/fired them quickly.
