and hitman was not as bad as some of yall making it. and this battle was quality. i really dont know what dudes expecting these days. why is every battle dropping underwhelming to some of yall.

I expect both battlers to have bars for three consistent rounds and perform well. Surf did that. Hitman was uneven with cringe worthy bars in 2 rounds and killed the replay value. This is SM4. The standards are higher and you show up with garbage material .

So yes, the battle was underwhelming.

i liked surf 3rd

but lets be honest, he did bite verb angle. he expanded on it, but he did bite it. denying that is just not being sincere.

for a surf, vs hitman battle, long over due, it lived up to expectations for me cause who they are, is who they are. surf is the reacher who talk some street shyt, hitman is the ultimate performer who sells mediocre bars like its amazing. the battle turned out exactly like i expected.

I agree, nikkaz hould really appreciate lux/hollow cause that battle was built up and actually completely lived up to the hype, a lot of times thee matchups end up being long awaited trash so Im content with getting a good battle out of surf/hitman, it might help that even though i fux with both neither are my favorite so its cool for me that they just had a good battle but in general this is the attitude I have, the big smack events have actually produced mostly duds so Im cool when the battle are just good. But its the same mentality in music a a whole, any good album the dikkrider aint satisfied no homo and wants to say its a classic but the hater if it isnt a classic will say its trash, no middle ground

Surf clearly stated coming from a two family home isn't a bad thing, he was merely pointing that out to express that Holla didn't have it that bad

and I don't really see it as Surf taking Verb's angle. Verb never compared their lives, Verb basically told Hitman to stop gang banging because you come from a stable home and it's stupid. Surf is saying Hitman isn't a real gang banger, he was a school kid and an athlete meanwhile Surf really was in the streets. Two totally different approaches and different means behind it. Surf was comparing the difference in their lives, Verb was saying how Hitman doesn't need to be in a gang
