I haven't followed the blogs, tweets, Yt comments on Danny dropping the ball last night. I've never really seen anyone throw shade at Danny for his work ethic. People like Danny gotta learn when to say No at the same time. If you don't realize your overworking yourself, and don't do something about it that's on you. Stop taking every single battle, that any and every league calls you for, because you love battle rap as a competitor. This what being a die hard battle rapper, and not making wise decisions gets you.

Jey my favorite battler in a while so I may be biased on this I missed his battle and was only able to hear the audio later but I got him 2-1 clear over Ave. Ave was light to me in the 3rd and Jey bars was so layered shyt was like how Lux structure his shyt with the world play Ave obviously got the 1st this whole new class of battlers Sikh, Eazy, and Jey impressed the hell outta me.

I been said Jey The Nitewing isnt for the casual ear. nikkas gravitate towards Ave because he's basic as fukk with some good rapping and decent pop culture references. On top of the "OG" aura he reeks of.

Ave was like "wings, wings and more wings" and nikkas was jumping out their shoes.

nikkas dont know anything outside of TV shows and movies that's why subculture/counterculture references get ghosted. Jey 2-1 would've been a 30 if not for the sloppy 1st.

aiight I normally be like Geechi is basic but he had some slick, witty and creative punches shyt this battle with Rum...Rum is an alien but Geechi's "basicness" if you want to call it that put up a fight...Geechi is the prime example of "simplistic bars" can go up against super lyrical nikkas IMO it's all about how they write it and present it..Geech just has the aura and energy...kinda like how Roc USED to have it..

I think we was all coming down from the high of the Geechi/Nitty joint, we didn't give it it's proper due. I had Chilla winning initially, but I went back and nah, Roc got that clear. I was getting bored listening to Chilla's rounds. He had bars, but his performance seemed a tad bit off. Roc was on his A game. Or at least A- game.
