Yeah, Delaware is essentially right between Philadelphia metro and the Maryland part of the D.C. area...

Wilmington, DE is just 20 minutes from Philly and it's even counted as a part of Philly's metro area. The rest of Delaware is where it's dry.

Delaware is very underrated. Ive never done shyt but pass thru on my way to Philly or NJ tbh tho. But they have a lot of black folks and low taxes. Most of it is country af tho just like the MD eastern shore. One of my homeboys sisters moved out there and loves it. Plus she's only 45 minutes from home
