I think people forget this line when it comes to defending Tip Drill.

In the first few seconds of the video. The women lined up to greet the men, turn and present their asses at the same time for the men to choose.

Sure, were there women shaking their ass in the video? Yeah. But context matters.

In Tip Drill, the whole video is strictly for the male gaze, male audience. Women are merely (lyrically implied faceless) props. *Cue the infamous credit card scene*

Twerk: also has women shaking their ass for a contest. Women celebrating each other. Women having fun. Now, I hear some of the judges in the contest were men, but they werent present in the video.

The video started with a women calling all women to show up, show out, to get flewed out. And all through the video we see women having fun enjoying each other.

Tip Drill, couldve possibly saved face by having a verse by a female rapper who flipped the table like a couple other famous songs. A lil Kim or Trina to level the playing field. But it didnt.

Tried to get through a few more secs of the vid. Nah its just straight up porn and objectification. How can yall seriously compare this to Twerk? The song is named after a dance and there are girls on the beach and in the water doing the dance appropriately wearing bathing suits, sometimes more for a dance contest.

Whats the context for Tip Drill? The video is basically the insides of a brothel.

Honestly, Twerk and Tip Drill shouldn't really be compared fr, but as far as my stance on the latter, I never really found it demeaning. Those women were all professional urban models/video vixens (who again,all agreed to appear in the visual project). It's not like they were getting pissed and shytted on.
