What bothers me is I can't tell whether he has good genetics or bad genetics. Because the first heart attack would have most definitely knocked out most people.

He is in the same category as churchill or stalin where their veins can fail repeatedly but they are still standing.

I'm sure he was getting better medical care than 99% of the population.

Edit: That said, the majority of people survive their first heart attack so it's not that unusual

Crazy being in like middle school during this era. I’m curious if a similarly racial diverse republican cabinet like this could even exist in the currently climate.

I need to do the knowledge on this era fully, I was too young at the time to fully process what this brand of republicanism was even like since the current iteration seems so insane. Was it similar to now, from what I remember other than Bush being remedial was it as cartoonishly bad as now?

Bush was hurt when Kanye said he didn't care about black people, where as Trump would retweet it and say “how could I hate black people I hire them to clean my hotels?”. We could see this level of diverse republicab leadership again but not under Trump where black people in leadership positions are judged for their access to opportunity more than their ability.

Also I will say this, its a large difference between Colin Powell and Tim Scott and how they interact with white people.
