Granted I fast forwarded a lot of shyt on Raw but I coulda swore the crowd was 50/50 which I dont think Paul expected and then improvised and got everyone to chant Goldberg sucks. Which I would have thought they were expecting

I just saw that promo it was hilarious . This is why scripted promos are dumb. Heyman went out there and was scripted to cut a promo where the majority of the crowd was chanting Goldberg. However, when that didn't happen he continued with the scripted promo trying to pretend like they weren't chanting "Goldberg sucks" and "Suplex City."

This is the fatal flaw of scripted promos, you can't script the audience.

Vince is out of touch and has been for quite some time, and last night's debacle is a first class example. And since everyone in his immediate circle is a yes man, poor segments like last nights,are going to continue to get greenlit until he passes away. Last nights reaction should've been a no brainier. It may sound harsh, but that's what I honestly believe.
