I may be wrong, but Im pretty sure Bron tore the fukking soul out of a Pistons team just a couple years removed from wearing down the Lakers team almost dolo. Quite a physical team if you might remember

the year they played them in 05 in the playoffs im pretty sure thats the year they completely eliminated hand checking, it wasnt the same detroit team

I remember reading Grant Hill's book and he talked about Penny saying he was going to average 40 a night. He broke down how physically draining it would be to average 10 points a quarter and stay within the flow of an offense and not just chuck for a season.

if the og'z ain't have a defender glued to them and had the coach drawing up easy buckets for them they'd show you they had the rainmaker on them too

it's a shift from individual dominance to more team based approach

i for one like that 1v1 park feel of seeing a hooper kill every defender put on him and the the hope just dying you see the defenders soul leave and the light goes out in their eyes

i just want to know who's really at the top of the food chain from an individual point of view

this so called beautiful basketball shyte ain't nothing special to me i like that real shyte where a defender is getting smoked so bad that he starts holding pushing get him to the point he wanna snuff you he's getting cooked so bad jahahahahaa

we'd loose so many iconic highlights from mj playing this current style of ball

the 1v1 iso era was built to let dominant individuals fill that highlight reel up

cats was getting victimized on offense & defense little to no help to save them

to me that's beautiful

better scorer than AI absolutely...better than mj?:mjlol:

If I recall Iverson had way more scoring titles than Kobe.

And they were both at their peak at the same time

And the Jordan comment just proves you’re trolling :comeon:

Saying Kobe is better than MJ at anything is like saying a Chrysler 300 is better than a Bentley :mjlol:

IF U TAKE KOBE'S GREATEST SCORING SEASON IN TERMS OF RATIO AND COMPARE IT TO JORDAN'S GREATEST SCORING SEASON IN TERMS OF RATIO, IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE LOL....THIS WAS ALREADY PROVEN TOO. KOBE SCORED 35+ PPG IN THE TRIANGLE OFFENSE. IN A FREE-FLOWING OFFENSE LIKE THE ONES MJ PLAYED IN DURING THE 80'S, THAT'S EASILY AN EXTRA 5+ POINTS. NOT EVEN DEBATABLE TBH.

Eh, I find that boring and it's boring to play with. Ball movement, off-ball screens, constant motion, and leaving entire defenses looking lost is :blessed:

One on one ball is boring if that's the whole game. Seeing a bunch of dudes just stand around while one cat iso is a chore. So many highlight passes, crazy oops, long range threes, etc.

I like when the iso happens naturally or when it's mixed into sets because it tends to occur during big moments.
