They had to do something to allow Bron to become a superstar and live up to the hype:wow:

STATING THE OBVIOUS

KOBE WOULD AVERAGE 45 PPG IN THIS ERA

It gets spooky when you begin to imagine how much guys like Kobe,T Mac,Vince would have scored in this era. Iverson would have been downright scary to try to stop if you couldn't get up on him tight or destroy him once he gets in the lane:wow:

Lol at people talking about how xyz player would score more when said player couldn't even hit 45% of their shots when they were playing.

PERCENTAGES WERE LOWER ACROSS THE BOARD WITH HOW MUCH TOUGHER DEFENSES WERE

THATS THE POINT YOUNG’N

Zones and a lack of team three-point shooting are the very thing that has kept Lebron contained at any point in his career.

Who the hell was going to stop him with man-to-man defense and no help in the 1990s? You gonna hand-check 265lb Lebron out of the key? :skip:

Remember, Lebron was coming out of high school in 03/04, the most defensive year in basketball (illegal defense AND hand-checking were allowed at the same time). And he averaged 21-6-6 as an 18-year-old rookie.

I'm sure the league was racking their brains, trying to figure out how they could turn such a limited talent into a superstar. :pachaha:
