Nah.

You all do realize Richmond was the CAPITAL OF THE CONFEDERACY right or is that not known :heh:

He should as them New Yawk or Philly boys what they think VA is part of...that might shake his world up a little

Honestly, it depends on what part of Virginia. Theres different tiers of the South. Delaware, Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia are like the MidAtlantic but its still identified as the South. Those parts feels similar to Central and Southern New Jersey or Southeastern Pennsylvania, believe it or not. Its not deep south like Georgia, Florida, North Carolina or Southern VA. Its like the entry point so theres a blending of a little bit northeast shyt mixed in there.

They think just because Richmond (or, Virginia in general) isn't as southern as the Deep South that it's not "The South".

Regional differences are expected.

It's dumb anyway because North Carolina and Virginia are very similar and nobody would ever argue the Carolinas weren't a part of the South.

Look at this big ass Robert E Lee statue and you talking bout not the South :mjlol:
I'm from there. It without a doubt is not a southern city. I think they removed that statue during George Floyd. I moved away years ago so I'm out of touch.

Calling Virginia the east coast is like calling Kentucky the midwest
Some of y’all obviously haven’t been to VA. Northern VA (Arlington, Alexandra, Fairfax county) definitely feel more like the east coast. Once you get outta Northern VA and go further down Fairfax county then the state become a lot more country/southern.
