What year are you in? The whole eggs are bad shyt has been debunked





Doctor told me my vitamin d was low. Gave me a supp to take once a week

Just like Black people should use sunscreen.
Just because your risk of skin cancer is lower because you have a darker complexion, doesn't mean you shouldn't take care of yourself.
Adequate sun exposure > foods that contain Vitamin D > supplements

Adequate sun exposure > foods that contain Vitamin D > supplements
and that is problem our latitude in the US and long works hours prevent adequate sun exposure, the natural (non-fortified) food that contains D (Meats, Tuna and eggs) tend to also contain lots of carcinogens, metallic poisons, saturated fats and cholesterol ( NO THANKS)

Supplements are cheap and easy, I will stick with that

Like everything else in life nutrition sources vary by the individual.

For me personally eggs provide the most concentrated source of a wide variety of nutrients that would be cost inefficient and impractical to get from multiple other sources.

The downsides of eggs can easily be counteracted with Omega 3s and again by ensuring your liver and gall bladder function is optimal.

Your absolutist stance shows me your knowledge in the field is elementary.

Study up negro. A true expert knows gray area is abundant and there is no Black and White scenario for all circumstances.
