I'm not disagreeing with you. But Africa has to build a sustainable economy first before they go into Industrialization and Military. Those two need alof of economic backing, which Agriculture will provide. Those are two things are the after effects of an already established economy IMO. Agriculture and Sustainability is literally slapping them in the face in how easy it is to make alot of money and have a stable economy with it. They have the richest soil in the world, and can grow it to be a Billion dollar industry. Then they can focus on Industrialization and Military
