No but that's not the issue that people have. It's the alleged claim that the rich in Africa brag about getting medical care or education in European countries. It, allegedly, is a form of [high] status. So if rich Africans put more stock (and effort) in receiving care and education abroad than in their own countries, then it is a form of white acceptance.

He ain't lie but the "cemetery" is being developed.. Our corrupt leaders are to blame for the culture of flight and hopelessness. If Africans didn't leave Africa to bring back money ideas and development on our own we would be at the mercy of our leaders. We choose to bypass them and do for self.
