$50 x 1,500 = $75,000 & you think the Venue doesn't get a cut? You think 300/Atlantic doesn't get the MAJORITY cut? You think Venues let you perform without prior Insurance? You think their aren't Security, Managers, Stylists, Road DJ's, Hotel Expenses, Flights, Meal Coverage for an entire Entourage, etc, that get paid? You think EVERY venue can afford to pay $50k to an artist? You think those hole in the wall spots that come in between those capacity shows are paying $50k? You honestly believe those Venues don't have to pay their own opening acts? Do you know how much Gas is to fill up a Tour Bus & some labels have a Mileage Tax? You think Thugga doesn't owe Lyor/300/Atlantic for ONLY selling 30,000 copies after months & months of spending money on Marketing & Promotion? You believe he got paid for "Lifestyle" while every other artist has sued Cash Money for non-payment? The labels Marketing is what gets you hot in the first place!
The problem is that labels think that since they made you famous you owe them for life. And you can kind of see their point, they invested in you why should they stop getting paid once you can dop shyt on your own? They gave you that ability.

You ignored all the other expenses I mentioned... not to mention not every Venue is paying anywhere near $50k let alone $25k to him... you're the exact type of fan labels market these guys to... not too bright, ignorant & extremely gullible...
