Apparently cousin casually told my homie that the whole Seinfeld/Mixtape About Nothing concept was a marketing team's idea, not Wale's own. Not surprising as aside from promoting an album I've never seen or heard Wale make mention of his "love" for Seinfeld.
From the outside looking in he strikes me as the type of person who wants instant gratification but unfortunately that's not how the industry works. Hence him being tight he's not spoken of in the same breath as Kendrick or Cole, the random arguing on social media, jumping from Studio 43 to Mark Ronson to MMG.
I hope Wale finds whatever fulfillment he's looking for in life...but I'm still not a fan. No hate though
