The 'weirdo' shyt isn't even an accurate reflection of black people. It's some synthetic bullshyt fabricated by the white/Jewish financiers of rap. Unfortunately this sub-genre is well funded so it isn't going anywhere. Those white people want more Young Thugs. They want more subdued, emasculated, docile, weak, etc. Watch Young Thug get talked down by some Zionist pedophile:

Warren is almost right but not quite. What we really needs is sub genres of Hip Hop/Rap music. I think this would be best instead of judging artist talking bout they music ain't Hip Hop. :stopitslime:

frush...come on now....the amount of underground music you're into you're better than this opinion. young thug is hip hop.

it's a generational thing

the cats in the 80's looked at the 90's hip hop...and said that sh1t wasnt hip hop

the cats in the 90's looked at mis 00's ringtone rap...and said that sh1t wasn't hip hop

the cats in the 80,90 and 00's look at this hip hop...and say this sh1t isn't hip hop

as far as i'm concerned...all this resistance against the young thugs, yatchy's etc just lets me know they're on the right path because hip hop has always been the young mans game for young people.

the genre has to find ways to move forward

and best believe you do NOT want them to seperate this from hip hop because this is what the kids are fuccin with. you seperate this from hip hop and that will be the final nail in hip hop's coffin...and it will be a very quick death

and for the record i don't fucc with yatchy, thug or any of them cats

Umm no they didn't there was a passing of the torch in every generation, except this one. They still called certain artists wack, but most were embraced as the next up.

I'm a young guy and enjoy old hiphop the most but also some songs by Young Thug. But the thing is , I do not consider that hiphop. Albums like Yeezus aren't hiphop to me either. I always make a line between hiphop and not hiphop, and it makes me appreciate both more
Saying Yeezus isn't hip hop is a disservice to hip hops range, this isn't even Young Thug type shyt or anything.
It's literally just Kanye rapping over beats.

There is no bar.

When you look at what's wrong with a culture, focus on the bar. The bar right now is Kendrick and J Cole. And they're wack as fukk.

ASAP Rocky and beyond should be the bar hip hop aspires to but y'all too busy celebrating retread mediocrity and cliche.

Kendrick and J Cole are walking cliches. Pathetic throwbacks to shyt I done heard already.

How can a culture improve when you hate on the only nikkas doing fresh stuff? :mindblown:

Hiphop used to be an artform. It took creative talent with substance and content. With or without a beat.

Now and days, it's shytty lyrics. Lyrics so shytty that the beats or production shine over them. This is one of the many reasons there have been soo many disposable "rappers" since the mid 2000's who have had a hit, and then are forgotten.

Growing up, only spittas was jump into a cypher and the weak would be too shook to. Now and days, every kid thinks he can rap.

Oh and blame the drake fans who let set adrift from memory bliss ass pm dawn direction based rap meets will smith kissing gays in movie rap as the reason why all mainstream shyt sucks too.
When slug was way more masculine and shyt oh because he was not on a pedophile gangsta rap label flanked by a man kissing victim and a alf nostril plastic surgery having ass skinnie Minnie.

100% false and I'm :snoop: that so many people Dapped you.

shyt went off the rails in the 00's but prior to that, specifically the 80's and 90's, there was a close musical relationship between the two generations. You had people like Marley Marl coaching RZA, you had Kane mentoring Jay....you had groups like Stetsasonic that were friends with AZ....not to mention everyone from Outkast to Mobb Deep doing songs with 80's legends.

:what: at "rap is a young man's game". No it's not. The shyt is 40 years old. The problem is, and I've spoken on this before, every generation prior to this one had their own shyt. The 50's had doo wop, the 60's had psychedelic rock and Motown, the 70's had funk, soul and disco, and the 80's and 90's had hip-hop and contemporary R&B. You got people in their 20's trying to claim a genre of music that existed 20 years before they were born. It's retarded. It would be like someone born in the 70's trying to claim disco.

And for the record I don't even think rap should be divided into sub-genres but I'm :comeon:that you think rap is so delicate it would be impacted by all these random ass "rappers" being relegated to different sub-genres. As if Lil Yachty and Lil Uzi Vert is really keeping the shyt alive. People aren't even going to remember who the fukk they are 5 years from now.

HipHip is over 40 years old now. It started off with young people (the originators) but you can't keep saying that "it's a young mans game" bullshyt anymore.there is a lot of 40+ year old heads that grew up with HipHop and still making rap music.
