a major component of that 73 win season that nobody mentions is how the Spurs were 5 back with 7 to play at the start of April. Dubs were sitting at 68 wins and still couldn't officially lay off the gas.

they're gonna crack 60 by default, but they aren't gonna force the issue unless another team is right on their ass for that 1 seed. One of Kerrs main priorities is gonna be to preserve their legs coming off three straight Finals trips.

If they even play 70% of how they did in the play-offs then I believe they can.

Last year's play-off run was some of the best basketball I've seen a team play.

They can coast and still beat any team. They put up 110 without even trying

You can’t coast your way to 70 wins tho. They’ve talked about it, they just need to have homecourt and be healthy for the playoffs.
