Exactly. I don't know what type of company these guys work for but they have entire sections of your contract and courses you have to take on social media and avoiding ANY appearance of speaking on behalf of the business.He said nothing wrong but he is saying it in uniform

Wearing your uniform makes it easily identifiable
Say that shyt in street clothes as a loophole to them trying to press you about your content on your own social media
It may not be 100 proof but you can at least fight it from an angle of you doing this on your time
