Ernie freaked Crawford, Seraphin, Singleton, Got Rid of Gilbert and R.Lewis contract rather nicely. Vesely is a big body who can run.. is a decent defensive player who is still developing. Ariza has always been a decent player

Now we have to develop. Its not a 1yr and done plan.
Vesely was an excellent pick. He played great defense, can run the floor.
But he was never a guy who was supposed to beast out immediately. He's a project. We halfway into year 2
And really, just started year 2 cuz year 2 started out with D-Leaguers wearing our jerseys.
We still not sure about our coaching direction. Everything is stacked against Vesely until now. Basically, your trying to make the same mistake you did with Andray Blatche. Expect too much, and turn a blind eye to what they actually bring and "could" bring if brought along the right way.
In 2yrs, then you can begin to judge what Gruns has done with the new roster
