i rewatch this and sopranos at least once a year. shyt is classic
sucks they kill off avon barksdale in the first episode of the second season and mcnulty is also killed off by bunk of all people in that drug sting that goes awry. who would've thought bunk was crooked n working with stringer the entire time

I literally just finished All the Pieces Matter: The Inside Story of the Wire book. Made me appreciate the show even more and now I need to watch it again. So many nuggets.
Also season 2 is super slept on. Really sets up what the show is really about.
