Luke has a .387 OBP compared to .370 for Gio, but a .333 average compared to .275 is hard to ignore and I think Luke is slugging around .480 compared to gio at .563 right now. After how good he’s been as a Yankee, I want to see Luke get his spot in the order, but we’ve picked up so many guys to fill gaps and add depth, that I’m having a hard time seeing him being on first base consistently in October. That being said, I do see him staying long term and EE likely moving on next year with everyone being healthy.

True but for the regular season it's good to finally beat them out for the division and avoid the wild card game.
