Saleh to the Jets, Smith presumably to the Falcons, Riley happy where he is. So, out of potential candidates that leaves… Brian Daboll (who the Eagles reportedly have interest in, but have not yet interviewed), Joe Brady, Todd Bowles, Jerod Mayo, Duce Staley, and Kellen Moore. Also, interest in some other college candidates.
I’d love Brady or Daboll, especially given the latter’s work with Josh Allen, and Moore would be a good hire too. We’ve seen the excellent work he’s done with the Dallas offense.

If the new head coach (whether that’s Daboll, Brady, Moore, or someone else) thinks he can fix Wentz, then sure, he gets to try in 2021. And the Eagles can take Chase/Smith with the #6 pick and focus on re-building the offense around him.
If the head coach doesn’t want to work with Wentz or Hurts, then you take one of Zach Wilson/Justin Fields/Trey Lance with the #6 pick and start over with a new QB. Trade Wentz for a 2nd and change if you can get it, eat his 2021 cap hit, and go into 2022 with a renewed cap situation to re-build the rest of the team.
