Pretty much. It's gonna take a long time of booking inspired and compelling shyt to hook fans in with people they want to see as opposed to feeling insulted by mindless, directionless, and lifeless booking that has little payoff in mind. Some progress is being made, but not much.

Right. People love to blame the wrestlers for their trolling agendas but the reality is that the booking sucks and the stories are near non-existent. Imagine Rocky Maivia vs Ringmaster Steve Austin having the same match every week for months with no story behind it. They would be a footnote in history instead of the icons they are today.

fact of the matter is that if you're a casual viewer and you decide to tune into raw on monday night for the first time in awhile, there's a solid chance it's gonna open up with an authority segment starring stephenie mcmahon. in fact if you tune in at any point during a the three hour broadcast, you have the most likelihood of seeing stephenie mcmahon. same deal on smackdown only it's shane mcmahon.

it's all about the brand. the 'superstars' are completely lost in the vast sea of logos, plugs and digital graphics. they got fukkin digital screens in the turnbuckle posts now.
