Not being able to play my own games offline (even single player) is horseshyt and the fact yall STILL for their fukkery is despicable.

Exactly... which is why i dont understand meach riding msoft's dikk hard for that to happen. You do know if we cannot access their servers we wouldnt be able to play our games offline right if the drm had kicked in. You do know they xbl does goes down on their end. just imagine you get home, brand new hgame and you only got an hour - 24 hours to play it!? WTF what kinda shyt is that?

I don't have the option to sale trade or share those games. And with the current retail structure digital games on consoles will never be subject to the same discounts as they are on PC. And games are big, it takes a long time to download them.

The DISC is all the DRM needed to prevent mass piracy in this case. No internet required. If you don't want to deal with a disc, BUY THE DIGITAL VERSION! You can't have it both ways!

The disc being the drm is the problem. And "just by the digital version" doesn't work for the various reasons I've explained above.

Yup, the disc is so you can still do physical things with your game. The drm was so you could then do digital things with the game brought on a disc
