I want Marcus Smart. he'll be the one of the biggest/strongest PG's in the league. Could be an elite defender. These things are huge considering we are in a conference with Westbrook, CP3, Steph, etc. has the most passion out of any prospect. Can get to the rim at will. His jumper will get better.

I mean maybe im way off, but I could see dude developing into a 20, 6, 6 dude

Yea I don't get the Marcus Smart hate. Dude has "it". That's why we can't fall lower than 6th. If we get 9th pick I'm organizing a joint suicide party.

I fukk with the Obvious top 3. But if we stay at 6/7 range I would be more than happy with Zach Lavine or Noah Vonleh. Lakers should be in a good position either way. I'm not really vibing the Dante Exum hype. I just need to see more. The wow factor is not there.

After these last two debacle coaching hires, I can't believe they aren't gonna let Kobe have some input. Inexplicable, in my opinion.

Lol @ Mitch saying he'd like to trade for a mid-round first round pick. Good luck with that.

I'm still open to the idea of them trading that first rounder if it's not gonna land them Embiid. Gotta be a great deal though and for an established star.

I don't see Mitch trading back. I think acquiring another first rounder will only happen if the Lakers want to take on a contract from a team to absorb with your cap space with the team sending their pick as well. He has to fill the roster somehow. Some team in the luxury tax might sacrifice their pick to get under.

Also, the 2nd round will have guys who fall, so he may be thinking of using cash to get an extra one.

If LAL is at 6, I think they take Smart and he'd be a solid choice there.

If he trades your lottery pick, you guys are open to coming to our offseason thread cause we know the pain of your GM trading lotto picks for veterans on 1 year contracts...

This is not the NFL where you can afford to trade back. Mitch is so fukking stupid. :snoop:

Quality>Quantity in NBA's case.
